Meet Information

Individual Meet Information is shown on the upcoming meets page

All meet entries for competitions are to be submitted through the Fast Lane portal on the Swimming NZ website, which can also be accessed via the "Login to Fastlane" button at the bottom of the page.  

Please read meet flyers carefully so that you understand the meet conditions prior to entering. 

To enter a meet, log-in and complete the online entry requirements and payment. Note, for Gold Coast meets there is no entry cost payable online - payment (cash only, not EFTPOS) is made at the door on entry. 

Please contact the Tawa Race Secretary (racesec@swimtawa.org.nz) if you make an error in your entry, if you require a log-in for the Fast Lane portal, or for any additional information. 

Meet entries typically close at 11.59pm on the closing day but this may differ for each meet. Please check the relevant flyer for closing dates and times. Note that no late entries will be accepted by the Race Secretary. 

It is expected that a parent/caregiver is available to assist at every meet that you enter your child(ren) in. Please do not enter your child(ren) in a swim meet where you are not prepared to be rostered to help. Many helpers share the load and ensures that the same parents are not rostered every time.
